Visit Boulder’s Premiere Contemporary Art Gallery

15th Street Gallery represents many museum-track contemporary artists and a few carefully selected emerging artists with exceptional vision and depth.

Most gallery artists have work included in the permanent collections of art museums across the United States.

Our art gallery in Boulder hosts several openings each year, often including a talk by the featured artist. It is particularly important to us that we bring artists to Boulder from across the country. Additionally, we are pleased to support and advance the careers of a few local Colorado artists.

A common theme we hear from featured artists who have come to Boulder for our openings is that the focus during the opening is almost totally on the art. Sure, people enjoy some good Colorado wine and imported cheese, but by and large, those in attendance really look at the art. They talk about the art and they ask questions about the art. It is then that we feel our gallery mission has been accomplished: to generate interest and passion for art and to see something they may not have seen before.

The exhibitions are constantly changing.

But if you stop by, you’ll always see a wide range of media including oil paintings, lithographs, woodcuts, hybrid collages and wood sculptures.

“15th Street Gallery is a special place – a never tiring creative environment where the art comes first.”

Gallery Reopening

We are continuing to be responsible, so the gallery is open by appointment only on Thursday, Friday or Saturday between 11 and 3.

Please e-mail us through the contact section of this website or by phone 303-447-2841 to schedule an appointment during these times.

Or if you prefer, you can drop your art off at the curb. We will work up frame designs and send images. That way you need not even leave your car.
Again, you will also need to set up an appointment for your curbside drop off on Thursday, Friday or Saturday between 11 or 3.

For everyone’s safety, please don’t just show up without an appointment.
Obviously, we would prefer to open the gallery to the public, but we do not feel that is the responsible thing to do yet.

We have missed you all and look forward to making an appointment with you.

To better days,
Steve, Rob, Tony, Will and Agustin (and Rafi and Amigo)
